After Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) reached their all-time highs yesterday (November 10), they recorded a downtrend today.
Bitcoin fell about 5% to about $64,903, while Ethereum slipped about 2.5% to about $4,731.
On November 10, BTC reached an all-time high of $68,789.63. This led to speculation that the coin could close above $70,000 a week, only to fall back about $4,000.
Ethereum had also hit an all-time high at $4,859.50.
The majority of the top coins recorded a minus today
In addition to Bitcoin and Ethereum, which are the top cryptocurrencies in terms of their market capitalization, a large part of the 100 coins experienced a decline today (November 11).
The only coins that have seen an increase in the last 24 hours are Tether (USDT) (+0.05%), SHIBA INU (SHIB) (+7.57%), Binance USD (BUSD) (+0.09%), NEAR Protocol (NEAR) (+5.32%), Helium (HNT) (+7.96%), Kadena (KDA) (+8.97%), TerraUSD (UST) (+ 0.15%), Zcash (ZEC) (+6.55%), OMG Network (OMG) (+20.48%), Amp (AMP) (+1.90%), Mina (MINA) (+36.85%), Livepeer (LPT) (+2.16%), Revain (REV) (+1.71%), Horizen (ZEN) (+5.10%) and XDC Network (XDC) (+ 1.46%).
Top Winners
While most altcoins are in the red, some new altcoins have seen extraordinary price increases.
HUSKYX was the top winner today, having climbed to the top by 957,00%. Closely followed by GreenMoonZilla (Grmzilla), which increased by 449,97%, and Enhanced BTC (EBTC), which recorded an increase of 400,55%.
Other coins that made it into today’s top 5 winners list are Wakanda Inu (WKD), MagicBox (MBT) and Hedge Finance (HEDGE).
